"Weekend Warriors" Hands-On Project Request

This form is specific to request our Kiwanis club members to physically assist with a "hands-on" project, such as cleaning, painting, repairing areas that impact children on our island. This could include schools, playgrounds, sport/athletic locations, etc.

Please make sure to have all of the required information before attempting to request a project from our club, as we have specific criteria to meet for our Weekend Warrior committee to approve your request.

NOTE: this form is to request "hands-on" assistance with a physical project (examples: sports area repairs, school clean-up, playground, etc.).
