Payment Request

Please make sure to have all of the required information before attempting to request a payment from our club, as we have specific criteria to meet to understand things such as from which budget it is to be paid, to whom it's being paid to, and others.

Please note that deadlines to send in requests are:

  • 10th of the month (for payments on the 15th)

  • 25th of the month (for payments on the 30th)

NOTE: If uploading multiple requests, they MUST ALL BE the same budget and line item.

If they are different, then please submit once per budget/line item. Thanks!

Which budget (class) is this expense tied to?

Please share the vendor name for invoice payment request, or the name of the person

NOTE: if uploading multiple payment requests, choose the latest due date. If uploading multiple reimbursements, then choose the earliest paid date.

Please upload the invoice or copy of the payment receipt

Please provide any additional comments, including bank details, if needed
